    积极心理品质是一个人在应对生活中的困难和挑战时所表现出的积极情感、积极思维和积极行为的综合体现。在音乐学科中，培养学生的积极心理品质不仅有助于提高他们的音乐技能，还有助于增强他们的生活幸福感和综合素质。然而，如何在音乐教育中有效地培养积极心理品质仍然是一个备受关注的问题。本研究旨在探讨音乐学科中积极心理品质的培养实践。
