    Abstract：

    小学英语阅读教学是培养学生思维品质的主渠道，教师在教学设计与课堂实施中要重点培养和发展学生的思维品质，引导学生发现、分析和推断各种信息之间的关联和逻辑，从而增强学生的英语语言能力。文章基于核心素养，对小学英语阅读教学中教师优化教学设计，丰富教学活动，提高阅读教学效率，培育学生核心素养的有效策略展开研究。
