    Abstract：

    EPC模式与其他模式不同，该模式减少了工程施工变更，提高工程项目的管理效率，还能一定程度上降低工程造价风险，但降低工程造价风险并非无任何风险。为使EPC模式作用得到充分发挥，实现工程造价风险的有效管控，促进工程项目更好推进，了解EPC模式的特征及优势，分析该模式下工程造价会发生的风险，提出相应的风险控制措施非常重要。
