    河道治理工程具有线路长、建筑物分散、工种多、协调难度大等特点，在施工管理过程中与常规项目有较大差异。本文以恩平市倒流河治理工程的施工管理经验为例，针对河道治理工程的特点，总结了一些河道治理工程施工管理的思路，为类似工程提供借鉴。
