    编制跨航道桥梁施工通航安全保障方案，并落实于施工管理中，是保障桥梁施工通航安全的重要措施，关系着桥梁工程顺利推进、社会稳定与地方经济健康发展。本文通过对跨河桥梁施工通航安全保障方案编制中存在共性的问题进行探讨，提出建设性的建议，对施工通航安全是十分有必要的。
