Abstract：
在幼儿园教育的过程中，劳动教育发挥着重要的作用。劳动是人类的本质活动，也是促进自我意识成长的活动，是个体实现全面发展的重要途径。为了深化劳动教育，帮助幼儿树立正确的劳动观念，文章就劳动教育在幼儿园教育中的实施策略进行研究，从而获得更为深刻的劳动体验与感悟，认识到劳动最光荣的理念，发展幼儿的劳动行为。
