Abstract：
随着互联网和新媒体技术的飞速发展，教育环境发生了深刻变化，学生获取信息和知识的途径日益多样化，思想政治教育也需要适应这一变革。在新媒体时代，学生与互联网的互动频繁，他们受到了各种信息的冲击和引导。因此在大学生教育中，辅导员需要在网络上发挥更积极的作用，引导学生正确理解和运用信息，培养正确的思想政治观念。本文探讨了在新媒体环境下，如何构建辅导员的网络思政教育能力，以满足当代高等教育的需求，提高辅导员在新媒体环境下的思政教育能力，促进学生的全面发展和身心健康。
