    新高考制度的推行对中国教育体系带来了显著变革。作为高中美术教育的重要组成部分，速写创作评分标准的引入对美术专业考试具有重要意义。然而，由于城乡差异和不同文化背景的影响，城乡美术特长生备考速写创作面临着一系列挑战。因此，深入研究新高考速写创作评分标准对城乡美术特长生备考策略的指导作用，对于更好地提高城乡美术特长生的备考效果具有重要意义。基于此，本篇文章对新高考速写创作评分标准对城乡美术特长生备考策略的指导作用进行研究，以供参考。
