Abstract：
本文旨在探讨高职学生英语应用能力培养与职业需求之间的关系。通过对高职学生英语应用能力培养的现状和挑战，以及职业需求的分析，发现当前英语应用能力培养与职业需求存在一定差距。因此，提出了一些针对性的策略和建议，以促进高职学生英语应用能力的提升，更好地满足职业需求。
