    Abstract：

    随着高等教育大众化进程的不断推进，我国高校毕业生就业难问题日益突出，毕业生就业稳定性较差，直接影响了高校的持续发展和社会的和谐稳定。为改变这一现状，提高高校毕业生就业稳定性，本文从优化毕业生就业环境，引导毕业生转变就业观念；提升高校毕业生的实践能力；加强对高校毕业生的就业指导和服务等方面提出了提高高校毕业生就业稳定性的对策，以期促进我国高等教育事业更好的发展。
