以百日草黑斑病样本为试验材料,通过研究不同培养基种类、光照条件、培养温度、pH值、碳氮源等条件对百日草黑斑病病原菌的影响,为百日草黑斑病的防治提供理论基础和技术支撑。结果表明,在PDA培养基中更适合菌丝的生长,菌丝生长的最适温度为25℃,且pH为7时最适宜菌丝生长和产生孢子,全黑暗情况下更有利于孢子产生,麦芽糖作为碳源时菌丝的生长最快,病原菌产孢最宜的碳氮源分别为乳糖和蛋白胨,在PSA培养基中最适合产生孢子。
