    Abstract：

    近年来，职业教育越来越注重面向实践和强化能力培养。五年一贯制人才培养具有整体性和协同性的特点，高职院校要推进五年一贯制人才培养，其生成逻辑、实施路径务必要弄清楚。在“十四五”背景下，本文以潇湘职业学院应用教育学院五年一贯制工业机器人技术专业为例，思考探究五阶递进式实习模式，以期提高人才培养效率。
