    交通的根本目标是实现人和物自由流动，高效益的交通极大加快了生产要素的流通，促进了城镇的繁荣发展，但随着城市化进程加快，私人交通蓬勃发展，道路容量远超汽车流量，便产生了人和物被限制流通的拥堵问题，事与愿违。作为生活在“人间仙境、滨江小镇”的桃源人，近年来备受开车慢，堵车烦，停车难的困扰，迫切希望突破交通拥堵瓶颈。
