Abstract：
随着我国社会经济发展和人口老龄化程度加深，为满足社会对高质量医护人员需求，高职医学院校护理专业招生数量在逐年递增，新形势下毕业生就业也面临着巨大压力。文章基于“三全育人”背景，分析高职护理专业就业育人工作的现状和问题，并探索构建全员参与、全过程跟进、全方位指导的就业育人工作体系。
