    Abstract：

    思政教育是高校学生教育的关键一环，具有较高的政治性和思想性，探究其与学生管理的融合发展模式，具有一定的教育意义。基于此，本文先就高校学生管理特征、高校思政教育工作需要进行分析，讨论两者融合发展的教育可行性，再结合高校学生的个性特点、教育需求，分别从师生沟通、校园活动、教育方式等角度出发，对高校学生管理与思政教育工作融合发展的工作路径进行探究，以供相关人员参考，希望可以为提升营造二者相融合的现代化教育模式提供帮助。
