Abstract：
强化对年轻干部的管理与监督，是中国共产党在工作开展与落实各项工作过程中的基本要求，不仅是年轻干部成长的内在需求，更是充分保障年轻干部在日益复杂的社会环境下永葆政治初心的客观需要。本文从健全完善年轻干部管理监督闭环的重要性为切入点，对年轻干部的培养与成长过程中的管理与监督进行了简要的分析，提出了几点健全完善年轻干部管理监督闭环的相关策略。
