Abstract：
随着大学校园经营活动的进行，其中存在的法律问题也随之显现。知道存在的法律问题和提出相应解决方法则尤为关键。本文旨在探讨大学校园经营活动中涉及的法律问题，并提出可行的解决方案。本文采取调查法，深入研究大学校园经营活动中存在的法律问题，寻求适当解决之道研究出校内商品存在价格、食品安全的问题，提出相应的救济方案；该研究成果将提高学生解决经营者维权行为时的便捷性和效率。更好的净化校园经营活动环境。
