Abstract：
职业生涯规划是指学生对以后自己所想要从事的工作有一个具体发展的方向，并对自己将要从事的职业有一个理性的分析、总结，制定出一套最适合自己的奋斗方向和奋斗目标，并对这一过程中的每一个细节都要做到合理的安排。随着我国教育事业的不断发展，中职院校不断加强对学生往后职业生涯规划的教育，却忽视了思想政治教育对学生职业规划的重要作用。本文主要针对学生在职业规划中遇到的问题进行分析探究并给出解决方案。
