Abstract：
新时代发展环节，随着教育需求不断提升，教育单位的规模不断扩大，其的基层工会组织也就十分重要，需要相关人员结合实际进行设计。所以实际发展环节，基层工会组织的建设就成为社会发展的要点，要求相关人员根据新时期的发展需要对基层工会进行研究，结合工会实际对工会组织的内容以及必要性进行研究，然后确定建设方式，以保证工会组织功能的发挥。
