    本文对如何在“三全育人”视域下开展好高校国防教育及其配套课程进行研究，就如何更好发挥作用进行研究和探索，本文研究定位于新时代高校“三全育人”机制和思政教育大背景这个前提之下。贯穿思政，贯穿全员、全过程、全方位，以思政教育为主体，国防教育为推手，辅助完成国防和思政教育工作。
