    近年来，我国教育系统一直在推行素质教育理念，注重培养学生的创造性思维和创新能力。在这个背景下，小学数学的教学也逐渐强调培养学生的创造性学习能力。如何在双减背景下，有效地培养小学生的数学创造性学习能力成为一个亟待解决的问题。
