Abstract：
伴随着改革开放的不断深化，我国的海上物流业也有了比较快的发展。然而，因为基础设施不够完善，传统制度的制约，管理技术的滞后，使得我国的海上物流业的整体发展水平与国外先进国家相比仍有较大的差距。以此为基础，本文重点分析并研究了我国的海运物流，整理了目前海运运输发展过程中所存在的问题，并对这些问题产生的原因展开了深入的探讨，并在最后给出了有针对性的强化海运物流发展的对策。这对提高我国海洋运输物流业的发展水平，起着举足轻重的作用。
