    Abstract：

    在乙烯装置中，最关键的组成部分是压缩机机组。在运行过程中，这些压缩机会面临一些问题，比如乙烯制冷压缩机振动频率较高、丙烯制冷压缩机的油站过滤器切换问题以及自力阀的应用缺陷等故障。只有通过采取合理的措施来解决这些问题，才能有效提高这些机组的长周期运行稳定性，优化乙烯装置的大机组长周期运行管理。这将有助于保持装置的周期运行稳定性，提升石油企业的经济效益，以及提高乙烯装置的应用质量。
