Abstract：
新时代背景下，各种新型行业相继出现，导致高校毕业生面临就业竞争压力。为了提高就业率，高校应在精准就业指导下积极开展职业生涯教育。本文阐述了职业生涯教育对高校大学生成长的意义，就当前高校职业生涯教育现状，提出几点有效建议，希望能帮助高校大学生明确职业生涯规划目标，实现精准就业。
