    Abstract：

    在监督检查中发现，一些问题屡改屡犯。本文结合近年来日常监督发现的共性问题，分类梳理，挖掘问题产生的根源，进而针对性地采取措施，提出对于发生频次比较高的共性问题，把共性问题整改在检查之前，让尚未被检查的对象心里有“压力”，肩上有“重担”，自觉对照清单、深化整改，防止共性问题屡查屡现，有助于日常监督提高发现问题的精准度、敏锐度和纵深度，切实提升监督质效。
