    本论文旨在深入探讨临床实践技能课程的改革与应用，特别关注该课程在临床医学专业中的重要性以及它对学生执业助理医师技能的培养所产生的积极影响。通过重新审视课程内容和教学方法，我们旨在提高学生的动手能力，使其能够胜任基层临床医疗工作。本研究以我校开设的临床实践技能课程为案例，通过线上线下结合的教学方式，重新制定了课程标准，以确保学生具备必要的实践技能。同时，我们还探讨了《临床实践技能》精品在线开放课程的建设与应用，展示其在促进课程改革中的关键作用。
