    本文针对当前高校产教融合存在的问题，以构建双创能力导向的就业育人机制为目标，进行了深入研究和分析。通过研究分析，提出了一套可行性方案，旨在促进高校与企业之间的紧密合作，培养具有创新创业能力的高素质人才，推动经济发展和社会进步。
