Abstract：
我国特殊教育快速发展，为特教教师带来了新机遇与新挑战，要求教师改善教学态度、增强教学能力、创新教学模式，为家长与学生提供更加优质的服务。基于此，文章简述了特教教师职业压力现状与常规表现，分析了特教教师产生职业压力的影响因素，针对性提出加大政策扶持、健全保障机制、提升教师专业素养、加强心理教育等策略，促进教师专业化发展。
