Abstract：
揭示艺术教育与人格培养之间关系的规律，提高艺术教育在高等教育人才培养重要性的认识，简述艺术教育对职业院校学生人格培养的作用，及阐明艺术教育对职业院校学生人格培养的对策。在教学实践中应用研究成果，将运用在学校各专业班级中，通过音乐鉴赏课程进行运用检验，再进一步对研究的问题进行完善。
