Abstract：
在建筑工程施工中，屋面防水施工非常重要，屋面防水工程施工的好坏直接关系到建筑的质量，影响建筑使用寿命的长短，同时关系到业主的居住舒适度和满意度，更甚者关系到人民的生命财产安全。因此，对于建筑屋面防水的施工进行深入的分析与探讨具有十分重大的意义。基于此，文章先是论述了建筑项目屋面防水施工所起到的作用，之后论述了普遍运用的屋面防水技术，最后在深入剖析了屋面防水影响要素后，提出了防水项目施工技术调整方法，以为有关人员提供参照。
