Abstract：

公立医院是国家为满足人民群众基本医疗需求而设立的重要医疗服务机构。然而，随着医疗服务需求的不断增长和医疗资源的有限性，公立医院面临着严峻的挑战，如医疗费用控制、服务质量提升等。为了更好地管理和使用有限的医疗资源，公立医院需要引入预算绩效管理的方法，本文从其重要性出发，详细阐述相关措施的现实应用。
