    师德师风建设是新时代高校人才培养的关键，需要高校从“四有好老师”“四个引路人”“四个相统一”的角度着手，力求打造有理想信念、扎实学识，以迎合新时期的育人要求。为此，本文将从新时期高校人才培养角度，结合“四有”好老师要求对高校师德建设进行探究，旨在提升高校高素质人才培养能力，助力学生成长成才
