Abstract：
新时代背景下，体育锻炼成了提高人们健康水平的有效手段，是实现中国梦的一大举措。体育强国战略的重大意义不仅表现在我国综合实力提升的跨时代影响力上，还表现在引导我们精准预测并定位体育建设中的短板上。特别是在世界范围内具有极高影响力的足球项目，该项目形成的短板效应对体育事业整体发展带来了极大的限制性，作为高级人才培养的重要场所，高校体育建设的重要性不言而喻。基于此，本文重点探讨了体育强国战略下高校足球文化建设思路，以供参考。
