    Abstract：

    帮助师范生建构专业身份应成为师范教育的核心目标。但由于师范生对教师专业身份所涉及的相关概念理解不透，学科知识运用能力不足以支撑角色行为，小学指导教师与大学教师的观念不完全一致，导致师范生在实习场域感受到诸多困惑。师范教育课程体系应该全力优化师范生的课程学习路径、教育实习学习路径、榜样学习路径，达到“三体联动”，协同育人。
