Abstract：
体育老师应当最大限度地利用自己的专业优点，提升学生的主要竞争力，并将专业知识和主要技能相结合，以便让学生在课堂上有更好的进步。特别是，通过健康的行为培训，帮助学生形成体育观念和习惯，这是目前高中生体育的主要素质之一，而这种观念的形成与学生的运动技巧、体育品德紧密相连。文中论述了高中体育教学中体育意识的培养策略，期待能起到一定的借鉴意义。
