    Abstract：

    中职语文教学，能持续地培养中职学生的职业观念，让学生更加深刻地认识学生职业内涵、职业发展前景、就业创业等，为其将来进入社会，进入相关的职业，走向并能胜任相关的岗位工作等，打下了良好且稳固的基础。在中等职业学校，通过对中等职业学校的语文教学，可以培养出较好的文化素质，有助于加强对专业知识和技巧的掌握，为培养学生的终生发展保驾护航。基于此，本文对职业能力和职业素养视角下，中职语文教育工作的开展进行探究，旨在为日后相关人员的研究提供参考。
