Abstract：
科学有效的托育机构资格准入是发展婴幼儿托育服务事业的必然条件。伴随“全面三孩”政策实施以来，多孩家庭对照护服务需求愈演愈烈，解决家庭照护难题成为当代社会的热门话题。目前，我国托育服务事业尚处于探索阶段，托育机构资格准入条例还有待完善。通过查阅借鉴美国50个州在托育机构资格准入方面的有效经验，梳理其准入的相关措施，学习机构资格准入的价值取向，为我国制定本土化托育机构资格准入指引方向。
