    Abstract：

    近年来，高层次人才“引不进”“留不住”“用不上”成为大多数高职院校面临的问题，本文以广安职业技术学院为例，分析当前高职院校高层次人才队伍建设中主要存在的问题，从心理学角度就高层次人才人才工作进行相关探索，提出增加高层次人才满足感、价值感、认同感、归属感的措施建议，以期为地方高职院校高层次人才队伍建设提供帮助。
