Abstract：
中学生处于生理和心理快速发展，心理冲突加剧的阶段，迫切需要对他们进行心理健康教育。在当前重视中学生心理健康，提倡通过学科教学渗透心理健康教育的大背景下，本文以高中语文课文《赤壁赋》为例，浅析语文教学渗透心理健康教育的可行性，并针对在语文教学教材中挖掘心理健康教育资源的方向，提出聚焦文章具体背景，运用多媒体手段，结合心理学知识的教学建议。
