    在工程建设过程中的物资主要指材料和设备这两大块，材料约占直接成本的60%；施工设备是建筑施工的最重要的工具；如果管理好物资将直接节约工程成本，提高企业经济效益，而解决物资管理中的突出问题显得尤为重要。
