Abstract：
现阶段房建工程施工面积逐步扩大，屋面施工难度较高，使用传统防水卷材材料难以从根本上提升屋面防水性能，需要结合施工要点，加强施工全过程管控力度。基于此，本文结合具体案例工程，首先提出高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材施工前准备要点，明确高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材施工流程，制定高分子自粘胶膜，防水卷材施工质量及安全管控对策。
