    在我国高校本科班级干部中，学习委员发挥着非常重要的作用。在同学之间、教师与学生之间以及学院与学生之间，其发挥着沟通、协调和组织等作用。正确地选拔、培训学习委员，打造一流学习委员队伍并充分发挥这支队伍的巨大作用，有利于建设更为精准、细致的教学服务与管理体系，营造积极向上的学习氛围，最终助力人才培养水平的提升。
