    本文以深圳地铁16号线二期工程安良站～福坑站区间施工为例，针对复杂地层下穿旧城区盾构施工的综合难题，优化管片选型、掘进参数及同步注浆浆液，利用施工中积累的各种参数数据，制定出盾构掘进最优方案，为滨海城市复杂地层地铁盾构机下穿旧城区施工积累经验。
