Abstract：
生命教育是现代教育中的重要组成部分，它是非工具性的，是人本思想的深刻体现，它指向终极关怀，关注健康发展。由于受教育者在人生的不同阶段中会不同程度地表现出迷惘、失意等消极情绪，那么对生命教育的探索就有其必要意义。文学即人学，语文学科中体现的价值观导向与生命教育有天然的契合点，高中语文教学阶段中苏轼《赤壁赋》之旷达与生命教育的高契合度，能够让我们在语文教学中找到生命教育的切入点。生命教育具有长期性、一贯性，教师需要在语文教育中继续探索生命教育开展的可行性与必要性，以期待连点成线，以火燎原。
