Abstract：
随着国家“三全育人”教育方针的提出，中职学校的教育目标也逐渐从简单的职业技能培养向全面发展方向转变。其中，美育实践作为全面发展的重要组成部分，越来越受到中职学校的重视和关注。本文围绕“三全育人”背景下中职学校美育实践展开研究，分析中职学校美育实践存在的问题、相应的对策和未来展望。通过这些分析，中职学校可以更好地培养学生的综合素质和职业竞争力，提高学生的美育素养和技能水平，为学生成长和未来职业发展奠定坚实的基础。
