Abstract：
初中数学是我国九年制义务教育阶段的关键组成部分之一，遵循以学生发展为本，以核心素养为导向，为有效地培养学生的必备品格和关键能力，在实际的课程教学中，分层教学作为一项行之有效的教学方法，能进一步促使广大教师创新教学方法、优化高效数学课堂，从而使不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。本文基于分层教学法的初中数学教学展开探索，并提出一些可参考性的策略。
