    现阶段工程建设中EPC模式的应用较为常见，其中设计管理的实施能够在加强质量控制的同时，有助于增大EPC工程建设效益的增大创造。本文从设计管理应用重要性的分析入手，在此基础上阐明工程总承包项目中设计管理的具体实施。
