    为解决河流治理过程中存在的问题，本文对河流治理进行深层次研究，结合河流治理背景与存在的问题，提出多方面解决措施，要求必须加大对河流治理的宣传力度，并合理使用项目资金等，积极创新河流治理设计理念，完善河流治理设计方案，以期为相关人员提供参考。
