某超高层项目塔楼结构设计有重型钢构件,单件最大起吊重量约为40t。为确保构件安全吊装就位,根据现场环境条件,采用大型汽车吊在深基坑栈桥上进行吊装作业,栈桥支撑设计方案根据钢构件安装要求提前进行优化调整。结合汽车吊行驶和吊装的工况,对栈桥结构安全性进行计算复核,并采取必要的加固措施。实际吊装过程可控,吊装作业未对栈桥结构等造成破坏。
