Abstract：

在当前的工程项目建设阶段，资源利用不合理及能源消耗过大，是目前存在的主要问题。而我国提倡绿色环保建设，为了达到这一要求在建筑设计期间应选用新型技术与材料，着重考虑综合节能及环保功能。积极融入低碳绿色观念利用好防水、隔热等相关节能材料来满足新时期建设行业的可持续性发展要求。
